In addition, it involves in the production and sale of acetic acid; thermoelectricity investment, sale of mining machinery and electronic products, and the development service in coal comprehensive technology; manufacture and sale of other mining products; thermal power generation by coal slurry and gangue; sale of construction materials; manufacture and sale of mining machinery and engine products; and provision of cargo transportation services.

The company was founded in 1973 and is based in Zoucheng, the People's Republic of China.
